co2激光打标机选择过程中的标准是什么？CO2激光打标机是以CO2气体为工作介质的激光振镜打标机。CO2激光器以CO2气体为介质，向放电管内充入CO2等辅助气体，对电极施加高电压，在放电管内产生辉光放电。

制作波长为1064um的气体释放激光器，放大激光能量，用振镜扫描，用F-Theta镜聚焦，根据用户要求在工件上标记图像、文字、数字、线。

CO2激光的波长为10.64un，易被大多数非金属材料吸收。光电转换效率高；激光输出模式以基模为主，光束质量好且稳定。非接触加工，无机械磨损和变形，

1、激光管：CO2射频管激光打标机采用进口激光管；玻璃管是国产激光管。

2、使用寿命：CO2射频管激光打标机使用寿命可达4.5万小时以上，一般可使用6年，充气后可重复使用，无需更换；然而，玻璃管打标机只需要大约2500小时。一般每半年更换一次玻璃管，不能重复使用，需要更换。

3、冷却方式：CO2射频管激光打标机采用风冷，可保证长期无故障稳定运行；CO2玻璃管激光打标机采用水冷，工作时间长或水温高时可能不发光或间歇发光，连续工作对产品质量影响较大。

4、光斑尺寸(光束):CO2射频管激光打标机为0.07毫米

细点，比玻璃管细3倍以上，精度高，热扩散面积小，能雕刻/切割非常精细的作品；CO2玻璃管激光打标机为0。25mm厚点，精度差，发光不稳定(光强不均匀，有时不发光)，热扩散面积大，切边熔化时、明显发黑，雕刻精度差。

5、稳定性：射频管为全密封金属管，采用30V低压电源，直接避免了使用高压电源带来的一些弊端；因为国内的玻璃管激光切割机使用的是10000伏甚至更高的高压电源，除了不稳定，还有危险。长时间工作使电源容易老化，对控制系统干扰大。比如操作不当很容易烧坏主板，更容易受到电压的影响，破坏其正常功能。

6、价格：射频管比玻璃管贵很多倍，但对于加工皮革等一些产品，只有玻璃管才能完全胜任。所以根据自己的需求选择不同的打标机才是硬道理。

大输出功率、能量转换效率高。一般的闭管CO2激光器可以有几十瓦的连续输出功率，远超其他气体激光器；横向电激励CO2激光器可以有几十万瓦的连续输出。CO2激光器的能量转换效率可达30%-40%，也超过了普通气体激光器。

CO2激光打标机利用CO2分子振动能级和动能级之间的跃迁，具有丰富的谱线，10  m左右有10条激光输出线，近年发现的高压CO2激光器甚至可以实现从9微米到10微米的连续可调输出.

co2激光打标机的输出波段正好是大气窗口(即大气对该波长的透明度较高)。此外，它还具有光学质量高、相干性好、线宽窄、工作稳定等优点。因此，它在国民经济和国防中有许多应用，如加工(焊接、切割、冲压等。)、通讯、雷达、化学分析、激光诱导化学反应、手术等。
