数控加工中心和数控雕刻机有什么区别？我相信很多人会对这个问题感到困惑，他们在购买机械设备时也不太了解。他们不知道如何区分，应该购买什么样的设备来满足他们的需求。今天，我们将告诉您两台数控机床之间的区别。

数控加工中心

加工中心加工零件为：工件夹紧后，数控系统可控制机床根据不同工艺自动选择和更换刀具；自动更换机床主轴速度、相对于工件的进给和刀具移动路径以及其他辅助功能它自动化了自动执行钻孔、雕刻、镂空、铣削等的多个过程。由于加工中心可以集中、自动化地完成各种工序，避免了人机操作误差，减少了工件夹紧、测量、机床调整的时间，大大提高了工件的生产速度、节省大量时间。提高加工效率和加工精度，具有良好的经济效益。根据主轴在空间中的位置，加工中心可分为立式加工中心和卧式加工中心。

数控雕刻机

扭矩相对较小，主轴转速较高。它适用于处理小型工具。它侧重于雕刻功能，这不适用于具有强大切削力的大型工件。大多数数控雕刻机主要用于加工工艺，成本低。由于精度低，不适合模具开发。比较加工中心少了很多功能。最大主轴转速（r/min）：加工中心8000，数控雕刻机30000，但先进的数控雕刻机可以达到80000，但不使用通用电主轴，而是使用气浮主轴。

主轴强度

加工中心是最大的，从几千瓦到几十千瓦；雕刻机是最小的。切削量：加工中心最大，特别适合重型切削和粗加工；数控雕刻机是最小的。

速度

由于数控雕刻机相对较轻，它们的移动速度和进给速度比加工中心快，特别是带有有线电机的高速机床，可以移动到120 m/min。

应用

加工中心适用于高精度、大尺寸工件的加工。大型模具和硬度相对较高的材料也适用于粗糙的普通模具。数控雕刻机偏向于木质、双色板、亚克力板等，高端、高端适合抛光晶圆、金属外壳等。
