可将刀片平台与物料的接触面积降到最低，并可根据物料的大小调整刀片的密度。此平台适用于加工亚克力等板材，减少材料与平台的接触面积，解决切割材料后激光撞击平台产生的漫反射，在材料底部留下痕迹以获得最佳切割效果.

2、蜂窝平台：蜂窝平台采用优质蜂窝铁镐，强度高，使用寿命长。

蜂窝平台适用于加工皮革、织物、纸制品等软质材料。相应的吸料装置可吸出扁平物料，解决软物料鼓起、翘曲等不均匀问题。

3、电控独立升降平台：一体化设计结构，升降方便，升降平台用于加工厚工件。标准要求圆柱雕刻和旋转器。

CCD自动巡边激光雕刻机的应用：

1.适用材料：亚克力、有机玻璃、木材、MDF?、夹芯板、纸板、皮革、织物、毛毡、绒制品、塑料片、薄膜制品、片材等材料的切割、绘图和雕刻；大理石、水晶、玻璃、瓷砖等材料的切线和雕刻应用（不可切割）。

2、适用范围：一般用于广告产品、工艺品、模型工艺品、布艺、皮革制品行业、服装设计裁剪、礼品工艺品、木制玩具、展品、装饰等行业。

环保CCD自动巡边激光雕刻机要求：

1、良好的接地保护：接地线消除静电干扰。 220V电源。

2、稳定的供电网络：电压比较稳定，必要时提供稳压器。

3、电脑：安装Windows XP或win7系统。

计算机病毒可能会干扰机器的控制信号，从技术角度来看，不建议用户控制设备的计算机连接互联网。必须在计算机上安装防病毒软件。电脑配置，要求不高。通常内存不少于128MB，硬盘不少于40GB，电脑开关电源供电稳定，USB接口稳定可靠。

4.强雷电可能会干扰或损坏机器。

5、环境湿度不大于60%。

6.必须经过培训才能操作设备的专业人员。
