激光打标机是利用激光在各种化学物质表面打上永久性标记的激光打标机和设备。常见的激光打标机包括光纤激光打标机、二氧化碳激光打标机和紫外激光打标机等。这三种激光打标机的关键区别取决于激光发生器、激光波长和主要用途。

1、光纤激光打标机

光纤激光打标机是利用光纤激光发生器将激光打在各种化学物质表面，并根据太阳能，使表面化学物质产生物理或化学反应，然后雕刻图案设计、商标标识和用于文字等永久性标志的激光打标机和设备。其组成部分包括：光纤激光发生器、激光扫描振镜、场镜、工控机主板、显示屏、服务器机柜、自动开关、开关电源、尺子和电梯井等。MOPA激光打标机也属于光纤激光打标机。

2、CO2激光打标机

二氧化碳激光打标机采用蒸汽激光发生器，红外波段为10.64μm。将CO2气体充入高压气体放电管引起电弧放电，使蒸气的分子结构从激光器中释放出来，提高激光器的动能。对于材料生产加工的激光，激光将生产加工的物体表面汽化，达到手工雕刻的目的。

3、紫外激光打标机

紫外激光打标机采用355nm紫外激光发生器，将激光打在各种化学物质的表面。根据短波激光，立即切断物质的分子链，然后雕刻图案设计、商标标识和文字。用于永久性标志的激光打标机和设备。

光纤、二氧化碳和紫外激光打标机的区别如下：

1、激光发生器不同：光纤激光打标机采用光纤激光发生器，二氧化碳激光打标机采用CO2蒸气激光发生器，紫外激光打标机采用短波长紫外激光发生器。

紫外激光是一种与二氧化碳和光纤线激光设备有很大不同的技术。紫外激光也称为深蓝色激光。该技术能够以低热值进行手工雕刻。它不像光纤和二氧化碳激光打标机。受热材料表面属于冷光灯的手工雕刻。

2、激光波长不同：激光刻字机的激光波长为1064nm，二氧化碳激光打标机的激光波长为10.64μm，紫外激光打标机的激光波长为355nm。

3、主要用途不同：CO2激光打标机适用于大部分非金属材料和部分金属材料进行手工雕刻，光纤激光打标机适用于大部分金属材料和部分非金属材料进行手工雕刻，紫外激光打标机可以清晰地标记所有对热有不利影响的塑料和其他材料，特别适用于食品、医疗器械材料、微孔板、夹层玻璃材料、单晶等的高速分区。硅片的主要用途是进行激光切割等复杂图案。
